The Screenwriting Program of The Gabriel Covarrubias Fine Arts Academy is the most comprehensive screenwriting course in its entire academy. Students can develop an idea into a feature length screenplay in as little as ten weeks, or hone their skills in our One-Year Screenwriting Program (Must talk to the class Teacher for arrangments), and walk away with a body of work to begin their professional screenwriting journey. At each step of the way, the student is nurtured in a workshop environment.
In our Screenwriting program, you can learn:
* Practical writing techniques in a variety of genres
* Technical and visual elements that can help you create screenplays and shorts
* Key elements of creating scripts for feature film and television
* Story structure, plot, scene development, characterization and dialogue
Classes are once a week
A Total of 10 Art Classes
Mondays. 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM
Class fees for each program: Only $5.00 per lesson. There is a $15.00 registration fee paid once a year.
